The Swedish government wants to adapt the legislation on biobanks to improve and facilitate the use of it. Therefore, a commission is appointed and the leader of it is Johanna Adami, the principal of Sophiahemmet University.
One of the aims of the commission is to adapt the legislation so that the conditions for using samples and information in biobanks will be better.
